Mark brings over two decades of experience in financial services to his current role as Client Account Strategy Director – OCMO at Intention.ly. Before joining Intention.ly, Mark built RetireOne’s PR and Marketing disciplines from the ground up and helped establish and promote the Outsourced Insurance Desk model, which RetireOne pioneered. Prior to RetireOne, Mark was part of the leadership team that led the sale and successful transition of Jefferson National to Nationwide. At Jefferson National he led the customer experience discipline, earning a 98% customer satisfaction rating. Mark also ran digital marketing, overseeing marketing automation technologies and the user interface design of the variable annuity trading platform. In 2010, his team was recognized as the Direct Marketing Association’s Financial Services Company of the Year. Early in his career, Mark worked with filmmaker Donna Lawrence on several short-form documentaries including “The Motown Sound,” and Sundance Film Festival’s official selection “Jazz Is…” In 1995 he wrote and produced the Hall of Champions videos for the College Football Hall of Fame inductees including the great Paul Robeson, Syracuse’s Jim Brown, and Mike Singletary, among others. Additionally, Mark helped run The Necessary Theatre, a small, independent theatre company with his wife, Susan Linville, until 2010, and In 2020 voiced many historical figures for “The Reckoning” public radio series.
