Marni Dacy is a seasoned marketing professional with over two decades of hands-on experience crafting, overseeing, and delivering top-tier, results-driven marketing and PR strategies tailored for both B2B and B2C sectors. As the newly appointed Director of Account Strategy at Intention.ly, Marni will spearhead several key accounts, leveraging her acumen to optimize resources and enhance ROI for growth-oriented fintech/finserv companies.
Before joining Intention.ly, Marni spent nearly 12 years at Nasdaq. In her most recent role as the Associate Vice President of Global Marketing, she steered a high-performing global team to pioneer campaigns and partnered with pivotal stakeholders to strengthen and grow client relationships. Notably, under her leadership as the head of Index marketing, Nasdaq’s Index business emerged as the most rapidly expanding revenue line within the firm.
Prior to Nasdaq, Marni was the principal and proprietor of a boutique consulting firm where she built a book of business of national clients — creating and executing full-throttled marketing and public relations campaigns. Prior to owning her firm, she was the Director of Marketing & PR at the American Hotel & Lodging Association, where she commanded initiatives to bolster membership and enhance the industry’s public image.
Marni is the recipient of the Women’s Bond Club Rising Star Award (2018), Direct Marketing News ‘Woman to Watch Award’ (2017), and several achievement accolades at Nasdaq. Originally from Boston, she is a graduate of the University of Maryland Merrill College of Journalism, and now resides in Gaithersburg, Maryland, with her husband, three sons and dog.
